Experience relaxing moments full of tranquillity, inspiration and joie de vivre - surrounded by nature and with no booking required. Our regional providers invite you to take a personal break: whether it's yoga, herbal knowledge, mindfulness, exercise or forest bathing - they share their passion with you.
Free of charge, open to all and filled with positive vibes - “good feeling” moments are pre-programmed during the time-out in the Kurpark.
Let yourself drift, take a deep breath - and perhaps discover new ways to find more balance in everyday life.

Immerse yourself in the world of mindfulness, discover the energy of your body and unleash your inner strength - in line with our GaPa Tourism motto: “Discover your true nature.” The Michael Ende Spa Park is all about your senses. Breathe in the salty air at the graduation pavilion, soak up the sun on our sun loungers, balance on our slacklines or relax with forest bathing exercises.

Every Monday at 10 a.m. (except on public holidays), the motto is: Relax & Enjoy. Various local partners offer numerous yoga classes for one hour each. From healing yoga and luna yoga to yoga to breathe deeply for body, mind and soul - everyone can find their own personal GaPa Moments experience in the Michael Ende Kurpark.

Come with us to the beautiful spa park - with its old trees, small babbling brooks and fresh, clear air to breathe in. At WaldBalance, you can simply switch off, clear your head and arrive at your own pace.

KURPARK FLOW

Kurpark Flow invites you to take a relaxing exercise break in the countryside - perfect for anyone who wants to stay active and calm down at the same time. In the midst of nature, targeted exercises for your back and entire musculature will gently get your body moving. Supported by simple breathing techniques and a calm conclusion, you will find your way back to more balance, well-being and inner strength - without any pressure, but with plenty of mindfulness.
