We are here for you! Our advisory services are available free of charge to all guests with accommodation in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
We will be happy to advise you on whether your desired date for an outpatient cure is possible for your chosen period in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
In other words, if your health insurance company has approved the cure, just give us a call. We will help you choose your accommodation, arrange your first appointment with the spa doctor, book your
appointments with the physiotherapist and support you with all your wishes and questions. And on the day you arrive, we look forward to welcoming you to our team in person.

YOUR ENTITLEMENT TO AN OUTPATIENT CURE
In a consultation with the doctor, the doctor certifies that the cure is medically necessary. And depending on your state of health,
the doctor will recommend a preventive or rehabilitation measure, an outpatient or inpatient cure.
Your doctor will provide you with advice and assistance when preparing the application for a cure so that all formalities of the application are fulfilled.
If the objection is nevertheless rejected, a complaint can be lodged with the social court within 4 weeks.
This procedure is free of charge for the patient, but the process can be lengthy, so it may be advisable to resubmit the application after a few months.

It is also possible to take a cure at your own expense. You pay for the accommodation yourself and the attending spa doctor prescribes you
after appropriate examinations in accordance with the applicable treatment guidelines. Of these costs incurred, 90% are covered by the
