Ski Touring
To the Hausberg
The new skiing tour route starts at the base terminal of the Hausbergbahn cable car and leads in the direction of the "Horn" skiing slope, continuing via the "Standard-Tonihütten" skiing slope and up to the top of the mountain.
Start at the Olympia Eissport Zentrum (Olympic Ice Sports Centre)/Alpspitz Wellenbad and follow the footpath to the base terminal of the Hausbergbahn cable car.
From there, the new skiing tour route will lead you in the direction of the "Horn" skiing slope and the "Standard-Tonihütten" skiing slope to the top of the mountain. The route, which serves only for the ascend, is maintained. The skiing slopes, especially the slopes to the valley, are open for all descending skiers, snowboarders and skiing mountaineers. As from the winter season 2010/2011, ascending backcountry skiers are prohibited to use the skiing slopes and slopes, except for said ascent route.
